About the Founder & Learning Support Specialist, EdInclusia

Ms. Resmi Sreekumar is an Inclusive Education and Learning Support Specialist with a deep commitment to helping students with diverse learning needs access the curriculum and achieve their full potential, including within the IGCSE and IB programmes. She has extensive experience working in international school settings, supporting students across a range of curricula while promoting inclusive teaching and learning practices. professional experience spans India and the United States, including 14 years at The British School, New Delhi.

Resmi's journey as an educator has been shaped by a simple belief: students do not struggle because of a lack of ability; when provided with the right strategies, structure and guidance, they can access learning effectively and perform with confidence. Her approach focuses not only on what students learn, but also on how they learn, empowering them to develop the skills, confidence and independence that extend far beyond the classroom.

With more than twenty years of experience supporting students with learning differences, including those associated with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia and ADD/ADHD, Resmi has developed a strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies that bridge the gap between potential and performance. Through personalised interventions and collaborative partnerships with teachers and families, she helps learners overcome barriers to success and engage meaningfully with their education.

Beyond her professional role in education, Resmi enjoys writing, exploring educational technology, painting, arts and crafts, yoga and meditation.
